A: Your order can be pending for 2 reasons:
1. The name of the receiver does not match the billing information provided by the customer.
2. Product is currently unavailable but is expected to be in stock within 5-7 days.
To change this status, please e-mail us and provide us with the correct information. Or please choose another item if the one you chose before is unavailable.
Q: How do I know if my order went through or has been declined?
A: If your order has been declined an e-mail will be sent from us notifying you that your order did not go through.
